” I have a 3ds v1.0.0 and i want buy gateway 3ds to play 3ds games, but it wa said gateway 3ds can just work on N3DS V4.1-4.5, so,how can i update my 3ds to v4.5 so that i can play 3ds games ? ”

Yeah, at present , if you want use gateway 3ds to play 3ds games, your 3ds version should be v4.5 or lower. and if your 3ds version lower than v4.1-4.5, then you can use a right-copy card ( such as Mario) which is 3ds V4.0 ~ V 4.5 to update your console. If you use wifi to update your 3ds, then the system will automatically update your 3ds system to latest version v6.2.0-12, then you cant use gateway 3ds any more.
And at present, there have more than twenty 3ds games have been confirmed can work well with GW3DS ,and following is the game compatibility list
Bit Trip Saga – PASS
Bust a Move Universe – PASS
Cartoon Network: Punch Time Explosion – PASS
Cave Story 3D – PASS
Code of Princess – PASS
