How to upgrade R4i SDHC RTS Silver for 3DS 5.1.0-11?

Why you need to update your r4i sdhc silver rts flashcart.
If you have updated your 3ds console or dsi console to the latest firmware,  but your r4i sdhc silver rts flashcart can not work on the new 3ds and dsi firmware, then you need to update your cart. Error code see the pics below.

Let’s get it started, update the r4i sdhc silver cart with a DS lite
First:  Download the latest r4i sdhc silver cart firmware from here: 2013R4isdhc-sliverEnglish2.04.rar you will get

Extract it

Open the folder, you will see the contents

Put all the contents above on the root of your sd card.  then you have put the firmware files on the sd card.
Second:  Download the R4i sdhc 3ds silver rts updaye patch for 3DS V4.5.0-10 from here: r4isdhcsilverupdateV5.06.zip

Extract here

open the folder, you will see the update patch here

Copy this file on the root of your sd card. so finally the sd card has these files

Put the SD card with your r4i sdhc sliver rts cart into  a DS lite console. turn on

Click the game icon

Click the update file and start the update


Click A to continue


When finished

Now you have finished updating , just use the card on your 3ds console.
